atenci\u00f3n al usuario, manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos y manejo de desechos, esto con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Conquito.<br \/>\nEl prop\u00f3sito de la educaci\u00f3n impartida es dar las herramientas necesarias para mejorar su trabajo y generar en el usuario una sensaci\u00f3n de satisfacci\u00f3n por el buen servicio, adem\u00e1s de seguridad en el momento de transportarse, porque cuenta con comerciantes identificados y capacitados para servirlos mejor.<br \/>\nLa idea de la EPMTPQ es impulsar a estos emprendedores, que d\u00eda a d\u00eda trabajan en el Sistema Integrado de Transporte a crecer, a que el trabajar en las estaciones sea un impulso para luego ser parte del comercio formal y crear sus peque\u00f1os negocios donde est\u00e9n protegidos de la inclemencia del tiempo y de los peligros que puede conllevar vender en las calles.<br \/>\nAs\u00ed lo reconoce, Mari\u00e1ngel V\u00e1squez, quien recibi\u00f3 la capacitaci\u00f3n y habl\u00f3 en nombre de sus compa\u00f1eros, manifestando su agradecimiento a la gesti\u00f3n de Pasajeros Quito y su Gerente, por generar espacios de aprendizaje que aportar\u00e1n de manera positiva a su trabajo diario dentro del sistema de transportaci\u00f3n, \u201clas capacitaciones son una oportunidad de crecimiento personal para cada comerciante, adem\u00e1s que nos permite aprender t\u00e9cnicas que se ven reflejadas en la atenci\u00f3n al cliente\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<br \/>\nLa Empresa P\u00fablica Metropolitana de Transporte de Pasajeros de Quito seguir\u00e1 buscando formas de mejorar el servicio dentro sus
